Hi I purchased a car from NEAL SMITH with PAPPAS TOYOTA. I started searching for a car on Saturday the 12th and by today Thursday the 17th I was totally exhausted with the process of sales and Dealers. I called up there and talked to Neal and I was short with him because of the experience I had until now. I explained what I needed and didn't want to waste his time or mine. To be honest he told me he couldn't get me what price I wanted and he just wanted to let me know before I made the 45 min deice there and I chose to go up there anyway and I'm so glad I did. He was honest with me and I felt like I could trust him. I am so thankful to God that he was put in my path by the receptionist (Lisa I think her name is). I decided to buy the 2016 Toyota Corolla from him. He told me to go to the waiting room and the waitress would take my order there. I thought he was joking but no he was serious. When I sat down Minghan( I'm sure I butchered her name sorry) offered me snacks and drinks. The whole experience was so refreshing. I picked a different trim of the car and Neal, Mike, and Brett made it happen. I am so thankful that Neal took care of me. I know I wasn't a big ticket sale for Neal and he may of missed out on something huge, but I was treated like a QUEEN.

I had my Camry serviced routine at Pappas Toyota. From initial arrival to my departure the service was exceptional. In fact, the service department is exemplary and should be a model for all other auto service departments in st louis. Work was done at scheduled time, all costs explained, and excellent explanation afterward about what was done. The waiting area is clean. Bathroom is spotless!! A very kind lady comes around with a menu for snacks you can choose from while waiting. There are many tables around for you to do work at while waiting. WIFI is great and functioning all the time.

He was respectful and didn't ask for my phone number or email address and check in daily like some dealers will. After over analyzing what I wanted and comparing F150 to Tundra, I decided to make the move in September. Since Jim set the tone and established the relationship good initially, I looked him up seven months later. I bought the truck (new) from Jim, and he was fair throughout the process. He was transparent, and didn't play the typical games. It was very professional. The Finance Department was very professional as well, Jamie was straight forward, and wasn't pushy with the extras you can get from the Finance Office. I feel I got a good deal, and I also realize this is a business. Overall, I appreciate this experience, and plan to return for our families next vehicle. The only thing that would make this better is if all car companies went to a set price per vehicle...but that probably won't happen in my lifetime..

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE from Frank Walsh on August 3, 2019 to have it modified for wheelchair accessibility. It was by far the easiest, most efficient, laid back stress-free car buying experience in my lifetime. Unfortunately, last Thursday when we picked up our van from the conversion company, we learned that the wrong conversion had been installed. We had to start completely over, beginning with purchasing another new vehicle. I was literally too upset to even speak, so I sent Frank a text explaining the situation. Within 2 hours, he called to let me know that he had located another Toyota Sienna XLE exactly like the one we purchased in August, and he was already in the process of having it shipped here. On September 25, 2019, we met with Frank and finance manager Tom Gray, signed the paperwork and walked out in less than an hour. We were able to get the same van, for the same price and our payment actually went down $7.00 a month. This has been an emotional ride to say the least. Because of Frank’s experience, professionalism and knowledge, he was able to get us back into a vehicle quickly so that we can restart the 6-8 week conversion process again. There are no words to adequately describe the gratitude and appreciation we have for the kindness, compassion and understanding he has shown our family. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, especially a van for wheelchair conversion, I would highly recommend Pappas Toyota - and make sure you ask for Frank ‘the Tank’ Walsh.

Only one thing that was a problem. We setup the deal on a Saturday afternoon near closing time and we were supposed to come in Monday evening for financing the car and closing the deal. at 6:00 pm. Took my 2010 Tacoma to Pappas Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done and ready to go in just 1 hour. They always do a multi point inspection while they have my vehicles and provide me with a list of services they suggest are due and or needed. I don’t always have the services done at the dealership. But their list helps me keep my Tacoma in good working order.

He kept an eye out for ones that would come in on trade and sent me pictures of them or had me come in to see them just to make sure it was the one for me. He ended up finding the perfect one that was even under my price range. The other workers at Pappas were super nice and helpful and made me feel right at home.
