I put in for 5 stars because of Mr. Paul Grinnell "Cowboy" for his excellent service to us. We were there to buy a truck and he had let us through the experience with ease. He was very patient to set up the App on our phones for us and then the truck set up: he went through every buttons of use in the truck for us to understand how to use the truck to our own advantage. This is the first time we received the go beyond services that had never been received before. Well Done Paul "Cowboy" Grinnell!!!

Just bought a car here from Cowboy, or "the yew-haw guy" as my kid calls him. Super easy, didn't feel like I was being given the hard sell. And he was patient with me bringing my dad and husband to make sure they fit in the car. Couldn't be happier. (And he was nice to my kid too, which is huge to me.) The guy in finance was great too. Again, didn't feel like I was being given the hard sell. Really happy with the experience and my husband may be back to buy a new car when the time comes, if he chooses to buy a Toyota.
