I can't say much for the sales end, since I used the Toyota website to request a RAV4 Hybrid from all available dealers in the area. However, I will say that out of all of the dealers the replied, only Pappas answered my question about inventory and bothered to do something besides let me know that no models were currently available. Since my wife and I already knew the model and trim we wanted, this became a very easy process. When we headed out to pick up the vehicle when it came in, it was a very easy process. Shay assisted my wife in her test drive and setting up the link with the Toyota app, and Brett did a great job in the Finance department, even letting our son borrow a toy to keep him entertained. Overall, great service and would recommend!

Although this is not the dealers fault, there needs to be more cars available to at least test drive. Having them in stock rather than having to order them would also be much better.
