I recently purchased a RAV4 from Pappas Toyota, and I had an incredible experience! When I first came to check out the RAV4, I informed Isabel that I was there to just look and test drive. She showed me the car and all of its features and answered any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured like how I was at other dealerships. I returned a week later to officially order my car, and Isabel was thorough when going through everything with me. Isabel did an amazing job both times that she’s helped us. My husband bought a new truck with her in February. She did an amazing job answering all of our questions and working to find the best fit for us. Isabel even helped him connect his phone when it was being difficult. When my car kicked the bucket this month she helped us compare new cars when we were starting to look. Then when we decided that it would be out of our price range, she helped us to find a used car. Isabel went above and beyond helping us both times! Hopefully we won’t be seeing her anytime soon, but she did such a good job helping us that I know she’d do the same for other families.

My husband and I bought a used car. Our salesman was Niel. He listened to what kind of vehicle we wanted, a sedan. He showed us wonderful options, gave us history he knew on the cars, and ran online report to check for any reported wrecks. It was simple. No presure. All staff were polite. From what I saw, every customer was treated in the same way. It was a great experience. We will go here again.

I had a really great experience. Pappas had a used car on the lot that caught my eye and would fit my family perfectly. Tim took me out for a test drive and was very friendly and professional without being pushy at all. We worked out a good price for the vehicle, and the signing process with Frank was super quick and easy. I will definitely prioritize Pappas when it's time for my next vehicle purchase!

My very first business dealing with Pappas Toyota wasn't great but sometimes you learn more about a business when things go sideways. Three days after purchasing a beautiful 2022 Toyota Tacoma (Limited) at Pappas Toyota, my husband and I felt that we'd made a mistake. There were facets of the vehicle that we just didn't like and its performance was not satisfactory, and we felt trapped. After a couple sleepless nights, I reached out to the sales manager and he said, "Rosemary, you should have called me immediately. We're going to make this right. You're not stuck. That's not how we do business." They offered to buy back the vehicle for the price we'd paid which shocked me. The manager reassured me repeatedly that he would do everything reasonable to make this work. Ultimately, we went in another direction but I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Pappas Toyota. As I said, sometimes you learn a lot more about a company when things don't work out the way you planned.

As always they get a 5 star! I've had my car for about a year, and have only ever taken it to them! I haven't met a single soul there that is rude. That's huge for me since I'm in the customer service industry. They are all polite and attentive to you and your vehicles needs!
