Late review, bought my car May 2024. I worked with Tim Scanlan and Mike Wagner to secure my Supra. It was a pretty seamless process, they respected my time, and were willing to work with me. Would buy another car from Pappas, and I’m even from out of town. Oh, and they’re pretty cool car people - at the time, they had a white MKIV Supra sitting on the showroom for display 👍.

In and out of service in less than 24 hours for 3 different code problems. Got texted updates on everything. Thank you !

I have been coming to Pappas Toyota for a couple of years since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Tundra. The service department here is top-notch. All the staff truly listen and care about you and your vehicle. I’ve owned many trucks over the years and have been to numerous service departments, but Pappas Toyota is hands down the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service. A big shout-out to Chris Lathangue, a Service Advisor at Pappas Toyota. I witnessed him assisting an elderly lady with questions about her vehicle, patiently explaining everything to ensure she understood before leaving. Chris even walked her to her car to make sure she was okay, as her arthritis was bothering her leg. Seeing people like Chris making the world a better place is heartwarming.

We recently purchased a new Camry and had the best experience. NO BUll! Very professional, helpful, cheerful Isabel was our salesperson. Highly recommend. If you want straightforward car buying I would suggest Pappas and esp Isabel. And Alex the sales manager is also very professional and helpful! Go see them. Very happy with my recent purchase, my point of contact Jason was great start to finish and made things easy. One thing I loved about the experience was that Jason was easy to contact and not pushy what so ever. Additionally when brought into finance Glenn was great to work with very professional and friendly. Overall extremely happy with my experience and the new Tacoma. Thank you guys!

I have always been extremely happy with the fast and friendly service at Pappas Toyota. Today was no exception. I went in thinking I was going to have to trade in my car and I really love my CHR. I was immediately greeted by Jason who looked up my warrenty and found out that I was able to get a new transmission and just pay a deductible for only a couple of hundred dollars.😃 I was then greeted by Paul who got me all set up and scheduled to do the work. Super nice. And last but not least Taylor who hooked me up with a Rav 4 to drive until my car was fixed.😁 Extremely fast and friendly!! Thank you all very much you're all the best😊

What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come

From Oregon on a cross country trip, we had a technical question about our new Tacoma. Gino and Drew from the Service Team took a sincere interest in our question and making sure our trip could proceed as comfortably as possible. With some research and a test drive, we had a resolution within the hour. Truly a great Toyota experience.
