I have been working at Toyota or what used to be Bodine in Troy for about 10 years now. I never did buy a Toyota because people telling me what they have gotten from other dealers with our discount and it seemed like it was just a couple thousand off. I was not having the best luck with the brand I was driving when I stopped by Pappas Toyota and Ryan Lauer came out and showed me a few Tacomas. That was when he showed me what our discount truly was. I ended up buying a 2025 TRD Off-road Tacoma in Bronze Oxide which they went above and beyond to find for me. This dealership is the best experiences I have ever had buying a new vehicle because I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Was recently shopping for a 2025 Sequoia and couldn't find any I wanted readily available nearby. Found Pappas randomly online with one coming in shortly. Even though they were an hour from my house I reached out and was connected with Ryan. Within 4 days I had the car I wanted and the process was as smooth as any purchase I've ever made. They take good care to get you in and out without too much hassle. The only thing I'd like to see is for them to wash the car after you have a big service. Otherwise this is friendly and good service
