Shay was the best salesman we've ever dealt with! From ordering to delivery he kept us in the loop every step of the way and felt compassionate for us when our car unfortunately got delayed. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided as well as how calm and nice Bob in finance was while getting us taken care of and explained every option like we were real people. We stopped by Pappas to look at a particular vehicle and Ryan Lauer went over all of the vehicle details with us and let us take one for a test drive.
