I put in for 5 stars because of Mr. Paul Grinnell "Cowboy" for his excellent service to us. We were there to buy a truck and he had let us through the experience with ease. He was very patient to set up the App on our phones for us and then the truck set up: he went through every buttons of use in the truck for us to understand how to use the truck to our own advantage. Just bought a car here from Cowboy, or "the yew-haw guy" as my kid calls him. Super easy, didn't feel like I was being given the hard sell. And he was patient with me bringing my dad and husband to make sure they fit in the car. Couldn't be happier. (And he was nice to my kid too, which is huge to me.)

Ryan was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I went in and it was appreciated that Ryan wasn't there to upsell or move me into something we didn't want. I have worked with Brett on two vehicles. Brett has made each of the experiences rather easy and is great at explaining on the nuisances when it comes to buying a new car. There is a reason we want back to Pappas outside of just looking for another Toyota. Would recommend.

I can't say much for the sales end, since I used the Toyota website to request a RAV4 Hybrid from all available dealers in the area. However, I will say that out of all of the dealers the replied, only Pappas answered my question about inventory and bothered to do something besides let me know that no models were currently available. Since my wife and I already knew the model and trim we wanted, this became a very easy process.

Although this is not the dealers fault, there needs to be more cars available to at least test drive. Having them in stock rather than having to order them would also be much better.
