Dealership typically has good quality used cars. Don’t expect to negotiate price. 2nd car I’ve bought and just trying to negotiate to a fair market price with the sales manager is impossible. Couldn’t even get new wipers or a couple hundred of for the steering wheel fabric coming apart. However, Isabel and Brett are rockstars. I never have an issue with them. They’re friendly, personable, knowledgeable and overall great to be around. I just have the issue with sales managers.

So impressed with the professionalism and courtesy in every aspect of purchasing a used car there. Quite a contrast from our experience with a dealership just across the highway! We appreciated the care that was taken to make sure our car was in tiptop shape before releasing it to us to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our car also came with a limited warranty, since we had never had that experience purchasing used cars in the past. Our interactions with Isabel were enjoyable and low key. She was pleasant and friendly, seemed to enjoy her job, and we felt like she really cared about us and did her best to make our experience the best it could be! She was great about communicating with us, keeping us updated about what was happening with the car when it was in the shop and arranging for us to come pick it up. This was our first time doing business with Pappas, and if we’re ever in the market for a Toyota again, they will be our first stop - and we’ll ask for Isabel!! Oh, and we are LOVING our gently used 2014 Toyota Venza!

Ryan Ferguson was awesome to work with for my Tacoma build, and I would recommend him to anyone. There were a few obstacles (including a pandemic), but Ryan did everything he could to make the process as simple as possible. Great customer service. The order was placed shortly before the pandemic shut down, so there was an unfortunate delay in the truck being built. Ryan continued to update me as things progressed, which was greatly appreciated. On closing day, Ryan had already prepared all of the paperwork ahead of time to help expedite the process (with finance, etc.); less waiting time! Steve in finance was also a pleasure to work with, and made that process painless. I had some more bad luck when the truck had sensor issues early on, but the Service Manager, Kyle Albrecht, was able to order the parts and have it corrected the following day. All-in-all, everyone I had the opportunity to work with was helpful and friendly, and in the end I'm a happy customer.

Barry Brash is the best and most knowledgeable Toyota salesperson I've ever dealt with. His knowledge of the brand is simply unmatched by any other sales person I've met. I've known Barry for 20 years and he's sold everyone in my family cars. I just purchased my 7th vehicle from Barry on (3/18/22). I tasked Barry with finding me a fuel-efficient vehicle as I drive a lot for my job, but it needed to have a decent size storage area/trunk, blind spot monitor, satellite radio, rear cross traffic, and parking assist. We settled on a Toyota Prius LE and Barry called me as soon he knew it was coming in and I immediately put a deposit down on the vehicle and I picked it up on 3/18/22. If you are in the market for a new or used car- Barry Brash is fantastic to deal with, he's super transparent about the entire process, and has a great sense of humor. I went in for 3 things 2 of which I figured would be
I went in for 3 things 2 of which I figured would be covered by my warranty and left getting none of it done. The main reason I went in was for a tune which they only told me they wouldn't do after the $100 service charge. The speedometer also was off but they said they wouldn't fix it unless it was over 5% off which 4mph at 50mph is over 5%. Overall I felt scammed since everything I asked for had a reason they couldn't do it after I already paid.

I will never be back. Went to Lou fusz got $9800 more on my trade. Also I work for Toyota. I get a nice discount. I ordered the car in July its now end of November before the car even came in. They now refused to give me my Toyota employee discount. After I already put money down. Months ago. I had sold my current car an hour before, without knowing this bc they did not inform me. Now I'm without a car for a few days until our new one comes in, from Lou Fusz. I will inform all my coworkers at TMMM about this as well. Go to Lou fusz toyota. Give them their deserved 5 star review. My sales woman did her job alright. She was stuck as the middle man.

Maintenance department passed a vehicle as good and road worthy with significant cracks and dents on the insides of the rims. Maintenance either falsifies records that they completed inspections or is grossly incompetent. Dealership does not stand by their work if you do not have someone else check their work and find their mistakes within 24 hours.

Went in the other day to ask about transferring the extended warranty I had on my RAV4 to the person I was selling it too. A sales associate pushed himself on us stating that he would help us. He and another sales associate then proceeded to insult my friend who needed to use the restroom. He then proceeded to address our questions and “help us” in a demeaning and condescending tone. He “knew” what was and wasn’t the extended warranty covered and because the car in question was 7 years old and had low mileage that the warranty was no longer valid. He squawked on about how unless I had the platinum or extended coverage that the warranty was no good and that the person who I was selling the car too should be grateful that she was getting such a good deal. I looked at extended service contract when I got back home and found out that I had bought the extended service with the platinum which has a 10 year Certified Limited Warranty. I don’t know if it was because we were women or that my two friends, who I consider my family, we’re African-American women, is why we were treated so poorly. It really upsets me that I have bought 5 cars from Pappas, all new, then to be treated this bad. I strongly recommend if you are a women, a woman of color or an older person to visit another dealer. I strongly recommend to think twice about buying the extended service contracts on the Toyotas from this dealer, as it seems that they don’t want to honor the transfer of the extended warranty contracts even though it is used as a selling point to purchase these contracts. I am so disappointed in this dealership I will never purchase another car from them again or have my cars serviced by them.

Well as much as i like toyota i had to buy a used car from them , the first car while it looked and ran good was a bust , i had to have them come tow it out of my driveway , , it was infested with some kind of carpet bugs that bit us and got on my clothes, the manager told me he would work with me in getting another car , so we bought a 2016 Nissan rogue SV, very nice car, so we took it home then for a long drive , it started smelling like rotten eggs, i was furious, i called and the general manager promised to fix it, he did have it fixed , but he also promised to get us an owner's manual for it, that has been a couple weeks ago , and we still have not been able to register it because they have not sent us the title as yet either So I have no true records of its being serviced just what was reported to car fax. Which is iffy at best .The sales man did not cover any of the addons, i still have no idea how to use most of the buttons,and how to do this or that , i have had to guess how to turn on the wipers and headlights i had to figure how to program the navigation and sirus and the bluetooth ,still have no idea how to open the skylight , but i did figure out how to use the key bob to open and close the tail gate , So as much as i like toyota and believe me i have had many toyotas since my first toyota hilux that i bought brand new with 14 miles on it for $ 2,175. and change In April of 1970.I have to give the dealership a below average rating . You read it right 2 thousand 1 hundred and 75 dollars , Loved that little truck, it was like a little mule it went where jeeps could only hope to go .

I always like the service and the area to sit, TV, Coffee, water all available. You have a choice to sit in other areas. Very nice and the people working on the car have been awesome! I never have problems with any of my visits. Love the drive up and leave vehicle for service. When I set up an appointment I was given an option of days and hours. Barry Brash is the best and most knowledgeable Toyota salesperson I've ever dealt with. His knowledge of the brand is simply unmatched by any other sales person I've met. I've known Barry for 20 years and he's sold everyone in my family cars. I just purchased my 7th vehicle from Barry on (3/18/22). I tasked Barry with finding me a fuel-efficient vehicle as I drive a lot for my job, but it needed to have a decent size storage area/trunk, blind spot monitor, satellite radio, rear cross traffic, and parking assist. We settled on a Toyota Prius LE and Barry called me as soon he knew it was coming in and I immediately put a deposit down on the vehicle and I picked it up on 3/18/22. Purchased a new Tacoma from Pappas in late January 2021. It was extremely difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. I finally got details of the modifications days after requesting them. Salesman Tim Scanlan has stopped communication now that the sale is complete. I thought Dee was my salesperson because she was the only one providing the information I was requesting. Overall not a good experience compared to other Toyota dealers I have dealt with in the past.

We purchased a used Sienna this week. The battery was dead the morning after we purchased it. Upon inspection, the battery was totally corroded and had a bad cell. It wouldn't even start to get us to the dealership. It must have been the original battery. We bought a brand new one and they reimbursed us fully. What frustrated us was that the engine was spotless, so someone had been under the hood. Our bad that we didn't look under the hood. I just hope there are no more surprises.

Well as much as i like toyota i had to buy a used car from them , the first car while it looked and ran good was a bust , i had to have them come tow it out of my driveway , , it was infested with some kind of carpet bugs that bit us and got on my clothes, the manager told me he would work with me in getting another car , so we bought a 2016 Nissan rogue SV, very nice car, so we took it home then for a long drive , it started smelling like rotten eggs, i was furious, i called and the general manager promised to fix it, he did have it fixed , but he also promised to get us an owner's manual for it, that has been a couple weeks ago , and we still have not been able to register it because they have not sent us the title as yet either So I have no true records of its being serviced just what was reported to car fax. Which is iffy at best .The sales man did not cover any of the addons, i still have no idea how to use most of the buttons,and how to do this or that , i have had to guess how to turn on the wipers and headlights i had to figure how to program the navigation and sirus and the bluetooth ,still have no idea how to open the skylight , but i did figure out how to use the key bob to open and close the tail gate , So as much as i like toyota and believe me i have had many toyotas since my first toyota hilux that i bought brand new with 14 miles on it for $ 2,175. and change In April of 1970.I have to give the dealership a below average rating . You read it right 2 thousand 1 hundred and 75 dollars , Loved that little truck, it was like a little mule it went where jeeps could only hope to go .

I have used Pappas Toyota for all work on my 2007 RAV4 since we moved to the area six years ago and they have always done a good job. This last visit was also quite good. Drew went the extra mile to find some coupons to help offset the necessary repairs. I have never felt pressured to do unnecessary repairs and like that all my maintenance history is in their system so they can let me know when important service is needed. My car still runs like the day I bought it and I will be using Pappas to help me keep it going another 15 years.

Upon purchase of the truck, the dealership Pappas, and I...
Upon purchase of the truck, the dealership Pappas, and I agreed via contract to have a bed liner sprayed in via appointment with a chosen company that Pappa's Toyota contracts to. Upon getting my truck back I found bed liner overspray on my truck's driver side doors, windows, running boards, and roof. I took my truck back to the dealership, who then sent it into the company they contracted to have the bed liner sprayed in. Prior to it being sent in, I told Pappa's service manager that under no circumstances were rubbing compounds to be used on my truck, or I would like a new truck. The service manager acknowledged that he understood, and two additional Pappa's sales associates were there to witness. Upon getting my truck back and to my house, I found swirl marks from rubbing compound on my truck. At this point I called the company that Pappa's contracted out and verified they did in fact use rubbing compound on my truck. Not only that, but that they had informed Pappa's who did not tell me, and instead told the contractor they would buff it out. I have asked for a new truck repeatedly after trying to negotiate with both Pappa's and the actual contracted company for a much lesser compensation to which they refused. Pappa's refuses to take any ownership, stating it is not their fault. I did not contract out the company, Pappa's did, and their complete unwillingness to replace the truck or pay any cost at that point is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention their dishonesty about knowing a product being used on my truck when I had asked them specifically not to. I then spoke with the GM at Pappas and he asked me to bring my truck in to look at. Because Missouri is a one party consent, I recorded this conversation. Two of their service department members acknowledged that the truck had rubbing compound used on the truck and that they had missed spots when trying to buff the truck . In addition, they acknowledged that buffers they had used damaged the clear coat to my truck. At this point I asked for the truck to be shot with a clear coat/paint gun to verify damage as the GM did not “see” it. He then asked what that would prove if there was damage done to the truck. Again, I told the GM I would be willing to settle for less and asked for wheels for the truck in compensation as I wanted to be done with the situation. I gave him the cost for the wheels that was quoted from the third-party company that had put overspray on my truck and asked them to pay the cost. At this time, I asked to speak to the owner of the dealership to gain approval and was told he was not there. I ended up calling the owner and speaking with him. When we talked, he said he was aware of the situation, as I told him as an owner of a business, I thought he may like to know. I asked if he would like to hear what happened, to which he told me, “He has heard my side of the story”. Because of his dismissive attitude I was not able to tell him that his GM claimed not to know what a Toyota customer satisfaction survey was, and that as a GM he would not worry about these minor issues to my truck if it was him. Not only that, but I should not call the regional office in Kansas City, or file a BBB report which holds Papppa’s accountable, or file a complaint with the state’s attorney general’s office as it was just a minor issue and the legal work would be messy. The GM is clearly used to rolling over people who are not comfortable with conflict. Long story longer, I got the wheels at the cost of the third parties’ company which goes against the BBB regulations. I have bought three vehicles in three years from here and will not be back. I will take my truck to another dealership for the free services. Feel terrible for the 3rd party company as they are stand up guys. I know Pappa's called them with an offer to cover half the wheel cost. What a joke!

I sent them an email Sunday night and Monday morning they called to set up an appointment and actually had the truck I was looking at ready for me when I got there. I really feel like Mark went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with. Even when other customers were calling him and demanding his time, he made sure he constantly checked on us even while we were waiting for the finance guy to finish up our paperwork. It was the first time in my almost 30 years of buying cars from dealers, that I felt like I was more than just another sale. Why buy any where else!
This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they’ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that’s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I’ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that’s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very “rocky”. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I’m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she’s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it’s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn’t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I’ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I’d be driving or how much debt I’d be in! As much as I’m dreading buying a new car, I just can’t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I’m sorry I don’t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! My experience at Pappas Toyota was nothing but outstanding. These days you don’t get service like you used to, but that’s not the case at Pappas Toyota. Everyone from the receptionist, sale reps, and finance department were the best. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, warm and friendly. Mike Pappas was excellent to work with, very accommodating and answered all my questions. If any one is looking for a used or new vehicle I highly recommend choosing Pappas Toyota first. Shay, a cool young agent in a car dealer, he has a good future, if a smart senior manager or smart management understands this, in the summer of 2021 I bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan through him and while I'm happy with him, the only thing is that during the first month I had a problem with the battery, it turned out to be many years older than my car, this is the fault of the car dealer's management that slipped me an old battery, I wrote to your management a letter about replacing the battery, but the main boss of the car dealer Tom Pappas Toyota unreasonably refused me and I was forced to buy its for 180 dollars, this is not very good for such a respectable and large company, which exchanges for such little things in the amount of 180 dollars, it is ridiculous and sorry for the main boss of the auto dealer Tom Pappas Toyota in St Peters, who does not meet his customers halfway !!! Shay sold us our 1st car from Pappas in April 2021 which was a great experience. So in November, when we needed to get a 2nd car, Shay was the first person we called. We decided on a 2022 RAV4 which Pappas was able to get in 3 weeks. Shay was very helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated everything he did.

I was involved in a car accident. I was at the dealership to get an estimate of the damage. When Ron Callahan came out to do the paperwork the first thing he asked was whether or not I had been injured. He was very sincere and assured me that they could take care of the car and the most important thing was that I wasn't hurt. Everytime I have been to Pappas for service I have had great service. I look forward to going there because I feel special. They have service down!!!

I needed a dent in the door of my Rav4 repaired. Rob gave me two options and explained each one. He was able to do the repair the same day and kept me informed of the status while I waited. I was so thankful to get the repair done and Rob was a pleasure to work with.
